Covid-19: My One Year Reflection
Many people were devastated. Many were saying that they were not ready when the pandemic hits them closer to their life. But who were ever ready with bad things that comes to your life?
During first 3 months, numerous business closes their doors.
Unto the 6 months, many were laid off. Come to 9 months, even the big were
struggling. But on the other side, people were forced to evolve. And those
evolution impact to business.
Now on the 12 months, many small start up were struggling to
make their name known, their business run, and letting other people to see the
hope again. Desperation might be one of the keys for people to change their
mindset about working and what are their aiming for.
For others, 12 months might be enough desperation to let
them fight for their future. Yet there are still plenty that are still lost,
wandering about their purpose and what do their dream about. Perhaps they can
only dream, or even dream is a luxury thing for them.
Provided with many excuses, people tend to forget about why
other can be successful and they can only look and feeling jealousy. They
forgot that the successful people might have their own thorny road that they
need to clear up so other can see the beauty behind those thorn.
Myself were still thinking of what the whole year were meant
to me. Switching from the full office work to a hybrid of home-office or full
work from anywhere was one of my dream came true. But do I work for the dream
job I was wanting? Not really, but I try to do things within my capability to
make it happen.
How long will it take for me to reach that? I do not know
the answer to it because up until now I am still trying to find the answer, and
there is no correct answer for the dream I’m dreaming of. That is because
evolution is something that time has the answer of, and it also involves many
other factors that is unpredictable.
It still saddens me when I go to the office and see all
those empty chairs, wondering what it like was before this. All the buzz and
interactions, no matter how small was suddenly seem important. Meeting over the
phone can never beat the luxury of seeing the other party reactions upon your speech.
And that what you are saying, matters.
As an ambivert, I love my solitude as well the mingle time.
The hybrid workstyle works very well for me as it can satisfy my basic need of
interaction. But does this work for everyone else? Definitely no. All the extroverts
were forced to stay at home, and the way they can reach out was through the
social media. But what they need is human touch, and the energy they share.
Whereas the homebody might enjoy it at first yet facing the never-ending
meeting can also made them wanted to turn off everything and go under the
bunker even more than before.
Right now, there were vaccines going on for the immunity, but
that does not cross out the virus from the world. It just gives somewhat the assurance
for the people that the situation is slowly under control and they can resume
to the normal life. But what is the normal now?
I would like to see what the next 3-6-9-12 months from now, what
will the world be. A new world. A new beginning. A different kind of hope.

It's Rainy March
Looking back at the last time I actually write something in this blog, i am ashamed of myself.
I haven't even finished my last year resolution lest writing a new one. A pointless thing you might say actually. lol.
Well, nothing much happened in my life except that i am closer to leaving my 20-hood. and for once after my 1st job... i actually stay for one year and counting in my current workplace. Encountering some problem? for sure there is also one or two people hate my guts out of nowhere, but i cant help to stop my awesomeness because of that, no?
And yea... this year my life-long best friend will be going to have her Master degree in somewhere up north (and i mean it's literally up there after Scandinavia and beyond) and so I guess i will be missing her a LOT. Not that we actually meet each other that often bu still... she;s been my life-long mate for more than 20 years now. wow.. even i;m amazed.
Work so far is getting boring with each month repeating themselves, but I think i can manage quite well. But sometimes, just sometimes, I get envious of one of my friend that got accepted to one place I recommended her to. It was originally offered to me, but too bad I was already accepted the work in my current place... so yea.. life can be sucks.. No. lemme correct that. Life is always sucks but I am cruising with my fabulousness.
And yea,. you might see that I am getting over my head lately lols... but why should i care about what you guys thinking about me? After all, I;m the one who living my life, so I deserve to enjoy it.
Next will be a trip to Ho Chi Minh on May 2015. And I actually already regretting buying the ticket because after I realise it,,.,, it was such a slim-tight-schedule. Phew. I hope I can manage to have tons of fun while im there tho...
Then after that would be a trip to Thailand with the company... which will be... hmm.. quite bothersome i guess, But seeing I havent even go there, I think why not.
So.. Tahts some update from me. Hope I can do this in monthly basis or even more. *fingercrosses*

A Quick Recap for mid-2014
Oh, right. This year's resolution of writing each month to enhance my writing skill? My goodness i haven't been able to even write any decent thing except some morning reviews on BBM, twitter and Facebook (which are basically linked to each other)
Well, I got a new job (again) on the February as an Office Manager. Sounds cool, eh? Its basically covering up as GA, HRD and Finance. Lol.
Envy me now? Work's been hectic, but life's also has its own circumstances.
I picked up a "stray" and somehow get into a mess within months because of that. Some emotional turmoil as well as financial and socially. What a messed up "stray" indeed.
I think i will write another section for the "stray" when i feel like it.
I think that's all for now.

Bible Study Time: Faith
faith /fāTH/
Noun
- Complete trust or confidence in someone or something.
- Strong belief in God or in the doctrines of a religion, based on spiritual apprehension rather than proof.
Synonymsbelief - trust - confidence - credence – credit
Now FAITH is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen. (Hebrew 11:1)
So faith comes from hearing, and hearing through the word of Christ. (Romans 10:17)
For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith--and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God—(Ephesians 2:8)
You believe that God is one; you do well. Even the demons believe—and shudder! (James 2:19)
What does it profit, my brothers, though a man say he has faith, and have not works? can faith save him? (James 2:14)
You see that a person is justified by works and not by faith alone. (James 2:24)
Though you have made me see troubles, many and bitter, you will restore my life again; from the depths of the earth you will again bring me up. (Psalm 71:20)
Because you know that the testing of your faith develops perseverance. (James 1:3)
And after you have suffered for a little while, the God of all grace, who has called you to his eternal glory in Christ, will himself restore, support, strengthen, and establish you. (1 Peter 5: 7-10)
God is not a man, that he should lie,
nor a son of man, that he should change his mind.
Does he speak and then not act?
Does he promise and not fulfill? (Numbers 23:19)
Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. (Matthew 7:7)
And whatever you ask in prayer, you will receive, if you have faith.(Matthew 21:22)
Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours. (Mark 11:24)
And this is the confidence which we have before Him, that, if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us. (1 John 5:14)
He replied, "If you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mulberry tree, 'Be uprooted and planted in the sea,' and it will obey you. (Luke 17:6)
